Shipping Terms for Warranty:
- Storage units must be sent with their covers, and cameras must be sent with their mounts.
- All case screws must be properly fastened before sending the units.
- Any faults must be clearly identified by the sender and labelled directly on the device.
- Devices must be clean and free from any contamination.
- Do not send devices with accessories or hard drives.
Conditions That Void the Warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation, power surges, water exposure, impact, transportation, or contact with liquids or chemicals.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters.
- Software issues due to updates, modifications, excessive dust, unsuitable environmental temperatures, or poor maintenance.
- Use of substandard or non-compliant adapters, power supplies, or video transmission cables.
- Missing, tampered, or illegible product serial numbers.
Service and Repair Terms:
- The service processing time at Iran Notrika’s warranty department is up to 4 working days for in-warranty devices and up to 7 working days for out-of-warranty devices, starting from the date of receipt.
- Working days are from Saturday to Wednesday, excluding Thursdays, Fridays, and public holidays, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Repair Cost Limit:
- For all devices that are either out of warranty or excluded from warranty coverage (as determined by the repair technicians), repairs will be carried out up to a cost of 1,000,000 IRR without prior notice to the customer. If the repair cost exceeds this amount, the customer will be contacted for approval.
